The role
WilmerHale is seeking a Senior Associate for its Securities & Financial Services practice in Boston. This role is for an attorney with 4-7 years of PQE, focusing on securities litigation.
What we're looking for
Four to seven years post-JD experience in securities litigation matters
Experience litigating securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery

Talented strategic thinker
Demonstrated strong work ethic
Experience with large litigation teams
Strong analytical skills
Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
