The role
Bristows is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of PQE to join its top-ranked Patent Litigation practice in London. This role is for ambitious, self-motivated individuals with first-rate legal skills who are eager to contribute to a collaborative and friendly firm culture.
What you'll do
- Assume high levels of responsibility
- Contribute to business development
- Engage in knowledge management
- Delegate to and manage and mentor more junior lawyers
- Engage in client contact
- Participate in business development activities
What we're looking for
2-4 years of PQE
Accustomed to working in partner-led teams
High levels of responsibility

First rate legal skills and experience
Enthusiasm for getting involved in cases, the department and firm
Ambitious and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills

Delegation to and management and mentoring of more junior lawyers· nice to have
