The role
Fox Williams is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of PQE to join their Real Estate practice in London. This role focuses on high-value commercial real estate transactions, including investment acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and supporting businesses with occupational real estate strategies.
What you'll do
- Work closely and support all of the real estate partners in a broad range of transactional real estate matters
- Draft and negotiate commercial real estate documents for sales, purchases, landlord, tenants and development matters
- Support partners in various business development initiatives
What we're looking for
2-3 years PQE
Technical legal expertise in commercial real estate
Experience focusing on high-profile and high-value real estate work
Experience in London markets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pro-active mindset
Willingness to take ownership
Clear and constructive oral and written communication skills
Good internal client-handling skills
Experience in providing real estate corporate support· nice to have
