Associate at Fox Williams

The role

Fox Williams is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of PQE to join their Real Estate practice in London. This role focuses on high-value commercial real estate transactions, including investment acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and supporting businesses with occupational real estate strategies.

What you'll do

Work closely and support all of the real estate partners in a broad range of transactional real estate matters
Draft and negotiate commercial real estate documents for sales, purchases, landlord, tenants and development matters
Support partners in various business development initiatives

What we're looking for

2-3 years PQE

Technical legal expertise in commercial real estate

Experience focusing on high-profile and high-value real estate work

Experience in London markets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pro-active mindset

Willingness to take ownership

Clear and constructive oral and written communication skills

Good internal client-handling skills

Experience in providing real estate corporate support· nice to have
