The role
DWF is recruiting a Senior Associate for their Corporate team in Leeds. This role is for a qualified solicitor with proven experience in M&A transactions, who will manage their own caseload, provide commercially focused advice to clients, and mentor junior lawyers.
What you'll do
- Manage your own caseload of corporate M&A transactions
- Deliver high-quality, technically precise, and commercially focused advice to clients with an excellent level of service
- Contribute to the team’s growth through networking and business development
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with key clients whilst striving to achieve further growth through new and existing business
- Play a hands-on role in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting their development
What we're looking for
