The role
Weightmans is seeking a Senior Inquest Solicitor to join its Health Law and Regulatory practice in London. This role is for an experienced solicitor with 4-10+ years of PQE, focusing on managing inquest caseloads for healthcare clients.
What you'll do
- Manage a case load of files
- Attend Inquest hearings at court, including travel
- Advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
- Meetings with clients and witnesses in preparation for court hearings
