The role
Weightmans is seeking an Inquest solicitor with 4-10 years of PQE to join their Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team in London. The role will focus on managing a caseload of inquest files for NHS clients, care homes, and other organizations, with potential involvement in broader healthcare advisory work and national travel.
What you'll do
- Manage a case load of files
- Attend Inquest hearings at court, including travel
- Advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
- Meetings with clients and witnesses in preparation for court hearings
- Work in accordance with Weightmans’ values
