Solicitor - Property Litigation

The role

Weightmans is seeking a Solicitor - Property Litigation with 2+ years of PQE to join their national team. This role will focus on managing a caseload of housing management and anti-social behaviour work, with potential involvement in residential property litigation, based in Birmingham, Leeds, or Liverpool.

What you'll do

• Manage own caseload of predominantly housing management /anti-social behaviour work
• Caseload may also include residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery etc. for both housing association and other residential landlords
• Assist other case handlers with their caseloads
• Support and develop more junior members of the team
• Assist with business development and profile raising initiatives including networking events
• Complete MI procedures as required
• Achieve set targets/KPIs
• Ensure relevant deadlines, compliance and quality measures are adhered to
• Comply with relevant Weightmans and client policies and procedures
• Work in accordance with Weightmans’ values
