This role is for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 2+ years of PQE at Weightmans, focusing on Health Law. The position is available in Birmingham, Cardiff, or Glasgow, and is ideal for a solicitor seeking to develop their career within a dynamic and growing healthcare team.

What you'll do

• Manage cases including pre-litigation and litigated work
• Conduct or assist on claims or other work
• Draft pleadings and advice
• Undertake advocacy and attend court
• Adhere to internal and client SLAs and KPIs
• Provide supervision and mentoring
• Manage client relationships
• Engage in business development
• Undertake client secondments
• Complete MI
• Achieve operational targets
