The role

Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Solicitor with a genuine interest in serious injury cases to join their Litigation practice in Newcastle. This partner-led role involves managing a caseload of serious injury matters and assisting senior lawyers on complex claims for individuals who have sustained life-changing injuries.

What you'll do

Manage your own caseload of serious injury matters
Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value claims (including for clients who have sustained brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and polytrauma)
Deliver clear, practical, and compassionate legal advice to clients
Work collaboratively within a market-leading team
Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives
Take a proactive, organised approach to case management
