Solicitor - Medical Negligence

The role

Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Solicitor in Medical Negligence for their Birmingham office. This role is for a candidate with 1-4 years of PQE who will focus on claimant work and support clients through challenging times.

What you'll do

• Manage own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
• Assist senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines
• Deliver consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service
