Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate
Key requirements

The role
Irwin Mitchell is seeking a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate with 4+ years of PQE to join its Northern Real Estate Transactions team in Leeds, Manchester, or Sheffield. This role focuses on a wide range of commercial property matters, including development-led transactions, investment acquisitions and disposals, and property finance.
What you'll do
- Advise on a varied portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, investment work, property finance matters and significant landlord and tenant instructions
- Manage matters from instruction through to completion, maintaining high standards of technical quality, commercial awareness and client service
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and providing clear, practical advice tailored to clients’ commercial objectives
- Support business development activity, including developing existing client relationships and contributing to wider team growth initiatives
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across planning, construction, corporate, banking and tax to deliver integrated advice on complex, multi-disciplinary matters
- Support, supervise and mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the team
What we're looking for
