Senior Associate, Catastrophic Injury, 5-10 PQE

The role

Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate with 5-10 years of PQE to join its Catastrophic Injury team in Birmingham or Manchester. This role focuses on leading complex, high-value defendant claims in motor, employer's liability, and public liability, working closely with the UK Head of Catastrophic Injury.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage complex, high-value catastrophic injury cases across motor, employer's liability, and public liability claims
• Handle cases involving life-changing injuries, sensitive circumstances, and matters that frequently attract national media attention
• Shape case strategy
• Mentor junior lawyers
• Deliver exceptional client service
• Take ownership of challenging and high-profile cases
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of a specialised and supportive team
• Conduct UK claims requiring cross-border quantum investigations, drawing on the expertise of colleagues across our global network
