The role
Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate with 5-10 years of PQE in Catastrophic Injury to join their Litigation practice in London or Manchester. This role will involve leading and managing complex, high-value injury cases and working directly with the UK Head of Catastrophic Injury.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage complex, high-value catastrophic injury cases
- Handle cases involving life-changing injuries, sensitive circumstances, and matters attracting national media attention
- Shape case strategy
- Mentor junior lawyers
- Deliver exceptional client service
- Conduct cross-border quantum investigations
What we're looking for
5-10 years experience in a catastrophic injury role
Proven experience in defendant claims handling including motor, employer liability, and public liability
In depth knowledge around Ogden tables and future losses
Experience in assisting on large cases within a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
