The role

Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate with 10+ years of experience in catastrophic injury litigation to join its Birmingham, Bristol, or Manchester office. This role focuses on leading and managing complex, high-value catastrophic injury cases, particularly in motor, employer's liability, and public liability claims.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage complex, high-value catastrophic injury cases across motor, employer's liability, and public liability claims
• Manage cases involving life-changing injuries, sensitive circumstances, and matters that frequently attract national media attention
• Take ownership of challenging and high-profile cases
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the team
• Engage in UK claims requiring cross-border quantum investigations
• Work with clients to deliver pragmatic, modern, and commercially aligned solutions
