The role
Kennedys is seeking a lawyer with 0-10 PQE to join their Health Law and Insurance practice in Birmingham, Cambridge, or Sheffield. The role focuses on clinical negligence claims and inquests, particularly for NHS Resolution.
What you'll do
- Work on NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims and inquests
- Handle complex, high-profile matters
- Provide comprehensive legal services to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers
- Advise on medical insurance coverage, health law and regulatory matters
- Represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews
What we're looking for
NQ+ UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience
Experience in medical malpractice claims
Experience with client contact and attendance at business development events
Knowledge of insurance and coverage issues
