The role
Kennedys is seeking a 2+ PQE Associate for its Catastrophic Injury team in Birmingham, Bristol, or Manchester. This role involves investigating and managing high-value injury claims, primarily for insurers and corporations, with a focus on motor, EL/PL, and concussion cases.
What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases
- Handle and assist with a variety of complex motor, EL/PL and sport related concussion claims
- Undertake work on both pre-litigation and litigated files
What we're looking for
2+ years' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant experience
Litigation experience of catastrophic injury defence work
Previous client contact and attendance at business development events
Experience of negotiation
