The role
Kennedys is seeking an Associate with 2+ years of PQE to join their Construction and Insurance Litigation team in Birmingham/Bristol. This role will focus on property damage related losses and defending high-value, complex claims.
What you'll do
- Help to grow the team in Bristol
- Assist other members of the team based in London
- Provide coverage advice
- Pursue subrogated recoveries
- Defend high value and complex claims
What we're looking for
2+ years' qualified solicitor experience
Experience of complex work in Property claims
Proactive and take initiative
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage own time
Excellent organisation skills
Strong technical and research skills
Excellent client skills
Attendance at business development events
