Senior Associate or Principal Associate - Employment

The role

This role is for a Senior or Principal Associate in the Employment practice at Mills & Reeve in Manchester. The position is for an experienced employment solicitor with 6+ years of PQE, focusing on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work for corporate and education clients.

What you'll do

• Undertake a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work
• Deliver training to clients and target clients
• Assist with business development opportunities
• Supervise junior lawyers
• Deliver outstanding client service to both internal and external clients to encourage client retention and referrals
• Have a sound understanding of clients' legal, commercial and service requirements
• Have effective client relationship and client service skills
• Demonstrate strong business development credentials in terms of growth from existing clients and bringing in new work
• Deliver high quality and commercially focussed advice
