The role
This is a Senior Associate role for lawyers with 4 or more years of PQE, ideally 6+ years, within the residential development and urban regeneration team. The role offers mentorship from Partner John Kiff and involves acting for housebuilder clients on land acquisition, disposals, and regeneration schemes.
What you'll do
- Act for national and regional housebuilder clients drafting and negotiating immediate land acquisition deals, strategic option agreements and promotion agreements together with a range of ancillary documentation
- Act for property developers on brownfield regeneration schemes including JVs with RPs and /or public sector bodies
- Act for housebuilder clients on large scale disposals of affordable housing to RPs and the bulk sale of units to PRS and BTR providers
- Supervise 0-3 PQE Solicitors and a Trainee Solicitor
- Organise and attend a range of client training and business development events
