Corporate Associate / Senior Associate

The role

Gateley Legal is seeking a motivated Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 PQE to join their dynamic national team in London or Birmingham. The role focuses on high-value transactional work within equity capital markets, public M&A, and corporate governance, supporting Partner Sam Meiklejohn and contributing to the team's growth.

What you'll do

• Advise corporates, investment banks, brokers, and major shareholders on capital markets matters
• Advise on primary and secondary securities offerings listed on UK and international stock exchanges
• Take ownership of matters
• Work closely with a partner on complex and/or high value work
• Network and build connections in the ECM and wider market
• Handle a diverse workload encompassing equity capital markets, public M&A and corporate governance across a broad range of sectors
• Gain significant cross-border transactional experience, including transatlantic, and pan-European work
