What you'll do

• Handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales
• Manage collaboration agreements between developers
• Oversee disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers
• Manage funding arrangements
• Manage strategic options
• Handle urban regeneration matters
