Residential Development Senior Associate at Gateley

The role

Gateley is seeking a Residential Development Senior Associate for their Real Estate practice in Birmingham/Nottingham. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 5+ years of PQE, focusing on complex land acquisitions and development work for housebuilders.

What you'll do

Work alongside some of the biggest names within house building as well as niche developers
Handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales
Manage collaboration agreements between developers
Conduct disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers
Manage funding arrangements
Handle strategic options
Work on urban regeneration projects

What we're looking for

5 years or more post-qualification experience

Experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous

Skilled commercial development lawyers who want to specialise in residential work are also welcome
