The role
This is a permanent, full-time solicitor position within the Trust and Estate Disputes team at Forsters LLP. The role is for an individual with 3-6 years PQE, ideally from another top-tier firm, focusing on contentious trusts and estates work.

Experience from another top tier or ranked law firm
Specialist Contentious Trusts and Estates knowledge (estate/trusts/Court of Protection)
