The role

We are seeking a technically strong and commercially minded Associate to join our corporate team. This role is for lawyers looking to work on a broad range of mid-market M&A, private equity, venture capital transactions, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work for a diverse client base.

Dedicated to delivering client service to the highest standards and the skill to effectively manage and nurture client relationships

An interest in, and keenness to develop skills in, business development
