The role
An experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE is sought to join a market-leading national commercial property team. This role will focus on a range of complex commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, development, investment, and landlord and tenant work, with opportunities to build and grow the practice.
What you'll do
- Work on commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, secured lending work, development, investment and landlord and tenant work as well as corporate support work
- Help to build and grow the Commercial Property practice, which includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, and landlord and tenant matters
- Assist on large commercial property and development deals whilst managing your own caseload
What we're looking for
3-5 years + PQE in Commercial Real Estate
Experience of corporate support work
A desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations
Excellent communication skills
A high degree of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
The desire to be part of a team and ability to successfully collaborate, develop and supervise other team members
