The role
This is a Real Estate Solicitor position for an individual with 3-5 years + PQE to join a growing Sheffield team. The role involves assisting on all aspects of Real Estate work, including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management, development, and landlord and tenant matters, with a focus on transactional work and client relationship building.
What you'll do
- Provide assistance on all aspects of Real Estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, portfolio management work, development work and landlord and tenant matters
- Work with the wider team on a broad spectrum of transactional real estate matters
- Build your own internal and external relationships
- Collaborate with other offices on real estate projects
- Work with our wider team on large complex deals
- Build up your own caseload
- Help our team to deliver a fantastic service to our clients
What we're looking for
