Senior Associate - Property Disputes (Leasehold Enfranchisement)

The role

An experienced Senior Associate is required to support the enfranchisement team within Property Disputes. This role is for lawyers with at least 5+ years of relevant PQE, focusing on statutory lease extension claims, collective enfranchisement claims, and other enfranchisement matters for a diverse client base.

What you'll do

• Advise a mixed client base from both the public and private sector on enfranchisement issues
• Manage statutory lease extension and enfranchisement claims, acting for both landlords and leaseholders
• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and advise clients on any proposed terms in enfranchisement claims
• Build and maintain effective client relationships
• Participate in marketing initiatives
• Participate in firm-wide, office and departmental training sessions
• Prepare reports to clients
• Ensure files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures
