Senior Associate - Property Disputes (Residential Leasehold Management)

The role

The firm is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Associate to join its Property Disputes team, specializing in residential leasehold management. This role is for a lawyer with at least 5 years of PQE who can advise clients on a full range of residential leasehold management matters and contribute to the team's growth and business development.

What you'll do

• Advise on full range of services in residential leasehold management
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and market intermediaries
• Proactively participate in individual, team and office-based business development initiatives
• Participate in firm-wide and departmental meetings, training sessions and social events
• Delegate client work effectively to more junior fee-earners
• Contribute to the development of junior fee-earners
• Contribute effectively to department and firm wide performance goals
• Ensure files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures
• Build and maintain effective client relationships
