The role

This is a Senior Associate or Managing Associate role within the Corporate practice group, focusing on Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Asset Investment. The position is for experienced corporate lawyers looking to build their own practice in a business growth role, handling national and international transactions.

What you'll do

• Build up the firm's offering focusing on investments in real assets
• Work on a large variety of national and international transactions including cross-border investments in high value assets
• Work with sector-specific teams across the firm including energy, infrastructure developer and Islamic finance sectors
• Work confidently with your own transactions and client relationships
• Engage in profile building and networking activities
