Associate / Senior / Managing Associate – Commercial Property

The role

This is an opportunity for an Associate / Senior / Managing Associate with experience in Commercial Property to join an award-winning team at a forward-thinking UK law firm. The role involves advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters and supporting the delivery of high-quality legal services.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms and asset management work
• Act for a diverse client base including investors, lenders, landlords and tenants
• Lead transactions from inception through to completion, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice throughout
• Support clients involved in strategic development including negotiating and drafting a range of property agreements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to further support clients' needs
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Transactional Property Group and wider firm to deliver seamless, high-quality client service
• Play an active role in business development, networking and profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the practice
• Share knowledge and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
