Cooley is seeking a Litigation Attorney (Tech Regulatory) with 3-6 years of experience to join their team in New York. This role focuses on litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations concerning content moderation, platform regulation, and AI matters.

Focus on litigation and/or regulatory enforcement investigations involving content moderation, platform regulation and AI matters

What we're looking for

3-6 years of experience focusing on tech-based investigations or litigation

High level of academic achievement

Ability to engage directly with clients

Ability to lead significant projects

General tech fluency

Impeccable analytical and writing skills

Familiarity with US frameworks including FTC enforcement, Section 230, and emerging state/federal online safety and AI regulations· nice to have

Familiarity with relevant global frameworks (e.g., EU Digital Services Act, EU AI Act, UK Online Safety Act)· nice to have
