The role
Wilson Sonsini is seeking a corporate associate with 3-7 years of experience to join its Public Company and Capital Markets practice group. This role focuses on M&A and requires experience with public company reporting, governance, and capital markets transactions, serving a sophisticated client base in Austin, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
What we're looking for

Experience in capital markets transactions
Experience in public company reporting and governance
Ability to handle SEC and stock exchange compliance
Ability to handle governance matters
Ability to handle day-to-day public company counseling
Experience representing issuers or investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and ATM programs
