Wilson Sonsini is seeking a corporate associate with 3-7 years of experience to join its Public Company and Capital Markets practice in Austin, Palo Alto, or San Francisco. This role will focus on M&A and will involve representing clients in capital markets transactions and providing counsel on public company reporting and governance.
What you'll do
- Handle the full range of public company work
- Provide SEC and stock exchange compliance
- Provide governance and day-to-day counseling
- Represent issuers or investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and ATM programs
