Finance Lawyer

The role

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE to join their market-leading Finance team in Manchester, Birmingham, or Edinburgh. This role focuses on advising on sophisticated financing transactions, with a specialization in asset-based lending and receivables financing for a diverse client base.

What you'll do

• Advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on asset-based lending facilities and receivables financing
• Support complex financing arrangements, including bilateral and syndicated transactions, domestic and cross-border financings, and other structured lending solutions across the following product areas: acquisition finance, real estate finance, corporate lending, securitisation and debt capital markets
• Draft, negotiate and review key financing documentation and ancillary transaction documents
• Work closely with colleagues across Finance (both UK and Internationally) and other practice areas to deliver integrated, commercially focused advice to clients
• Build strong client relationships and develop a deep understanding of clients' commercial objectives and financing needs
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and success of our Finance practice
