The role

Orrick is seeking an Energy & Infrastructure - EPC Associate with 7+ years of experience to join its practice group in Houston. This role focuses on drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, and other construction-related contracts for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, procurement, and other construction-related contracts for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects domestically and internationally

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in construction law

Experience with energy-related work including conventional oil and gas, nuclear power and/or renewable

Excellent academic credentials

Excellent communication skills

Membership in the state bar of the office in which the candidate expects to be located

Ideal candidate will be based in the Houston office· nice to have
