The role
Paul Hastings is seeking an experienced lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE to join their Complex Litigation and Environmental Litigation practice in San Francisco or Los Angeles. The role focuses on sophisticated matters including cutting-edge litigation, regulatory issues, and enforcement defense within the environmental and energy sectors.
What you'll do
- Handle cutting-edge litigation
- Work on the development of utility-scale renewables (e.g., solar, wind, battery) and mixed-use real estate projects
- Address complex regulatory matters
- Conduct enforcement defense
- Engage in corporate transactions
What we're looking for
3-6 years of experience
Excellent research and writing skills
Excellent academic credentials
Experience in complex litigation, regulatory, environmental and energy practices
Experience at an AmLaw Firm in this practice area preferred
Prior federal clerkship desired
Benefits
Minimum salary of $260,000 annually
Maximum salary of $390,000 annually
