The role
Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for its Fund Finance practice in New York. This role is for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in finance law, specifically in representing sponsors and lenders in various credit facilities.

Base salary of $225,000 to $435,000, depending upon class year
