The role
Willkie Farr & Gallagher is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4+ years of M&A experience to join its Palo Alto office. This role offers the opportunity for early responsibility and broad experience in corporate transactions, working closely with partners and clients.
What you'll do
- Supervise due diligence
- Draft acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- Negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- Manage closing transactions
- Facilitate closing transactions
- Work closely with partners and clients across a variety of industries
What we're looking for
4 or more years of relevant experience
