The role
Goodwin's Real Estate Public M&A team is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience in M&A transactions involving public companies and related securities laws. This role is ideal for experienced M&A practitioners looking to join a leading global M&A group and work on significant transactions within diverse practice areas.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience
Substantial M&A and transactional experience
Focus on M&A transactions involving public companies
Experience with related securities laws
Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet
Experience with companies in the Tech and/or Life Sciences industries· nice to have
