The role
Goodwin is seeking a Real Estate Public M&A - Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience to join its industry-leading Global M&A group in Boston. This role focuses on handling high-profile M&A transactions involving public companies and related securities laws, with potential exposure to technology, life sciences, and financial services sectors.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience
Substantial M&A and transactional experience
Focus on M&A transactions involving public companies (on the sellside and buyside) and related securities laws
Outstanding academic credentials
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)
Deal sheet
Experience with companies in the Tech and/or Life Sciences industries· nice to have
