Associate, Securitization at White & Case

The role

White & Case seeks a Securitization Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their Finance and Securities practice in New York. This role will focus on complex domestic and cross-border securitization transactions.

What you'll do

Work on sophisticated, high-profile transactions for top-tier clients across industries
Take ownership of key deal components from inception to close, working directly with partners and clients
Structure, draft, and negotiate complex deal documents
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, tax, intellectual property, and regulatory specialists
Develop into a trusted advisor with deep legal and commercial expertise

What we're looking for

Approximately 1+ years of relevant law firm experience

Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to become admitted) and in good standing

Experience advising on debt capital markets transactions

Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills

Commercial awareness and ability to see the broader business context

Strong communication, organization and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and perform well under pressure

Client-service oriented, collaborative and proactive

Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or LL.M./foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school

Fluency in English
