Senior Real Estate Lawyer (Energy & Natural Resources)

The role

This is a property role with an energy focus for a real estate lawyer with 5+ years of post-admission experience. The role involves handling a wide range of property work for national and international energy clients, including development projects, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset/portfolio management.

What you'll do

• Work with an energy company on land options for wind, solar, battery storage or hydrogen developments as well as office relocation or development of an operation and maintenance facility
• Handle a wide range of property work from development projects, acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant, asset management and portfolio management instructions for national and international energy clients
• Act on all real estate elements of major energy infrastructure developments
• Engage in project development work for new generation projects in relation to both renewable energy transactions and mainstream power and pipeline projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Contribute to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation of client events
• Contribute to the growth of the team by writing articles for the firm's website
• Contribute to the growth of the team by undertaking other marketing activities
