The role
Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Partner with 8+ years of PQE in Real Estate to join their Residential Development team in Bristol, Edinburgh, or Leeds. This role is for an experienced lawyer with a credible track record in house-building and a focus on high-value residential development projects, who will drive business growth and mentor junior team members.
What you'll do
- Support clients on a range of projects across the Living Sector
- Act for PLC, regional, and SME house builders, registered providers of affordable housing, land promoters, and PRS investors & developers in respect of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments
- Deliver growth and increase the national profile of the firm
- Support and drive the wider strategic vision of growth for Womble Bond Dickinson
- Develop people, coaching and mentoring and taking responsibility for their career development
- Engage with conditional and unconditional contracts/transfers, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding agreements, forward commitment/turnkey contracts, and collaboration agreements with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects
