Associate - Employment Practices Litigation (EPL)

The role

RPC is seeking an Associate with 4-5 years of PQE to join their Employment Practices Litigation (EPL) team in Bristol. This role focuses on defending liability claims for insurers and their insureds, advising on policy coverage, and contributing to the team's development.

What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of EPL claims, acting for the vast majority of professional Indemnity Insurers in the market and their insureds
• Advise insurers on policy coverage aspects of claims
• Deliver high quality and timely output to clients, ensuring high levels of client service and alignment with agreed working practices and client service level agreements
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the team's service, support, processes and procedures
• Work to develop an environment of constant improvement: enthusiastically sharing with and helping others; and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as intranet pages, training and induction, process improvements etc
• Capture and collate required Management Information in accordance with agreed practice for clients
