The role

We are seeking a Senior or Principal Associate to join our Corporate Birmingham team. This role will focus on a wide spectrum of high-quality corporate work, principally mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and group restructurings, working collaboratively with the team's five partners. This is an integral part of dedicated client teams, building long-term trusted relationships and contributing to business development.

What we're looking for

Senior Associate and or Principal Associate level experience

Experience with corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and group restructurings

Ability to collaborate with partners and directors across a wide range of corporate matters

Willingness to take part in business development initiatives

Desire for further professional development
