The role
Fried Frank is hiring a Restructuring Associate with 2-3 PQE (Class of 2022-2023) for their London office. This role will support private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers on cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors.
What you'll do
- Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
2-3 PQE (Class of 2022-2023) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of cross-border and U.K. restructuring processes
