Corporate Real Estate Associate (Mid-Senior Level)

The role

Fried Frank is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join its London office. This role will focus on high-value and sophisticated real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, capital solutions, and complex M&A with real estate components, requiring close collaboration with partners and global teams.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the Partners on a wide spectrum of high-value and sophisticated transactions
• Handle corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and real estate-holding structures
• Address capital solutions and complex M&A transactions with real estate components
• Engage in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Coordinate with other practices (Real Estate, Tax, Finance, Private Equity) to deliver integrated solutions
• Provide significant client exposure
• Undertake teamwork on headline deals
• Support global clients at the intersection of corporate and real estate law
