Labor & Employment Associate (Mid-Level)

The role

Reed Smith's Boston office is looking for a Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation and advisory matters. This role focuses on areas such as restrictive covenants, wage and hour compliance, and leave of absence issues.

What you'll do

• Handle employment-related litigation
• Provide employment advice and counseling
• Draft and advise on employment/separation/restrictive covenant agreements
• Work on wage/hour matters including classifications and general compliance
• Review leave of absence and policies
