Associate - Fund Finance at Simmons & Simmons

The role

This role is for an Associate or Supervising Associate in the Funds Finance practice group, based in London or Bristol. The position is for lawyers with 1-5 PQE who have experience in funds finance transactions, ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors.

Work on transactions as part of a team

Funds finance experience

Experience with capital call facilities

Experience with hybrid facilities

Experience with general partner facilities

Experience with management fee facilities

Experience with co-invest facilities

Experience with NAV/asset backed facilities

Experience with fund structures

Experience with partnership documents

Strong drafting skills

Strong client focus

Commercially driven

Experience acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers in funds finance· nice to have

Ability to work on transactions as part of a team in a friendly, collegiate environment· nice to have

Ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development· nice to have
