Construction Projects Lawyer

The role

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Transactional Construction Lawyer with 2-4 PQE to join their Birmingham-based Projects & Construction team. This role focuses on advising clients on major infrastructure and development projects, collaborating with experienced practitioners in a practice known for technical excellence.

What you'll do

• Advise on construction aspects of major infrastructure projects, real estate developments and sector-specific projects including energy, rail and utilities
• Support clients on large-scale national programmes, including framework agreements, cladding remediation programmes and strategic project delivery models
• Draft and negotiate construction documentation and associated project agreements
• Advise on development projects across sectors including commercial, residential, mixed-use, universities and institutional portfolios
• Work with a range of stakeholders including contractors, developers, public bodies and investors
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across projects, real estate and regulatory teams to deliver joined-up advice
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives
