The role
Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking an interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer with 5+ years of PQE for their London office. This role will support the firm's technology practice and work with Simmons & Simmons' key clients.
What we're looking for
Qualified lawyer with experience gained in-house or in private practice
Experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment
Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads
Ability to work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team
Hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
In-house financial services experience· nice to have
