Simmons Adaptive – Interim Commercial Contracts Lawyer at Simmons & Simmons

The role

Simmons Adaptive is seeking qualified commercial contracts lawyers to support financial services clients on interim roles, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time consultants for 3-6 months. This role is ideal for lawyers with significant commercial contracts experience, particularly with data, IT, and research contracts, and who can work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer

Significant commercial contracts experience, working with data, IT and research contracts

Relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

Experience working in-house· nice to have

Experience working within financial services· nice to have

Problem solver and offer a collaborative approach· nice to have

Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment· nice to have

Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines· nice to have

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads· nice to have

Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team· nice to have
