The role

This role is for experienced lawyers seeking opportunities within MinterEllison's Flex model, which places lawyers in client teams for strategic projects, major transactions, and business transformations. The ideal candidate will have proven in-house experience supported by top-tier private practice training and will operate autonomously in lean environments, particularly with experience in Employment Law, Data Protection & Privacy, or Corporate, Commercial, Technology & Procurement.

What you'll do

• Operate autonomously in lean environments
• Support strategic projects and business transformations
• Support major transactions and disputes
• Provide capability coverage and leave coverage within client teams
