The role
An M&A Associate with 4-6 years of experience is sought by Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Philadelphia. This role focuses on representing public and private company clients in domestic and cross-border transactions across various industries.

Experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters
Experience conducting due diligence of acquisition targets
Experience drafting transaction agreements
Experience interacting effectively with client teams
General familiarity with Delaware and New York corporate and federal securities laws
Excellent academic credentials
Strong work ethic
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working and interacting with large deal teams on complex transactions
Able to integrate into a dynamic team environment
Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred· nice to have
