The role

Baker McKenzie seeks an associate attorney with 4 to 6 years of PQE for its Global Employment & Labor Law practice in their Americas group. This role is for attorneys experienced in US and cross-border employment law, focusing on advising multinational clients and handling employment issues within transactions.

What you'll do

Provide advice and counsel to multinational clients on US and cross-border employment issues
Advise on employment issues including transactions

What we're looking for

4 to 6 years of experience

Admission and good standing in the Bar in the state of employment

Employment counseling experience

Transactional experience

Background in international employment law

Strong academic credentials from a top law school

Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills

Top tier law firm experience in an employment practice

Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members
